It was a straight forward process, a bit delayed by the audits the company went through during that time but nothing that affected my willingness to continue. It was done in 3 stages which is normal these days for most businesses, especially for a senior position. Everyone was very professional during the whole process and I enjoyed getting to know them and the bbusiness.
