Through agent, Met MD, then phone calls with Group FD and interview with Group CFO & Chairman
Initial meet with the agent. MD next and then several calls with Group FD. I then met the Group GFO & Chairman all in London. The process was a bit stop start but overall ok.

Question 1
Variety around competency and skills & experience. Across all interviews they went in to a lot of depth and I had several calls with the Group FD. Fairly standard approach with nothing to catch you out. Psychometrics were done once in post. I didn't see offices until after I had accepted post as all interviews for this role were undertaken either by phone or in the parent co London offices.
