This interview is for an internship job dating, and is divided into the following steps:
1. company background introduction, and internship each offer position content introduction (about 15~20 minutes).
2. One-on-one interview with HR, technical staff: mainly to introduce your background and your past experience (no direct technical questions) (5-10 minutes).
3. After the interview, there will be a collective exchange and technical exchange with the company's employees (together with other interviewers), as well as the projects they worked on during their internships when they first joined the company.
4. After the process, wait for the results, if they are satisfied with your interview, they will send an e-mail containing a technical test site.
The test takes about an hour. The test is automated online!
If the test score is up to the mark and for further confirmation they will admit you.
