The online Assessment asked to analyze a dataset of 50 guides with their ratings and other performance metrics, Describe the features of the best and worst guides and suggest areas where the company should focus.
The culture fit was an interview with HR where they asked typical questions of 'what you are most proud of', 'examples of stressfull times at previous companies and how you managed them'. etc,
