Digital application found through LinkedIn. Followed by a 'getting to know you call' with the recruitment team and then I was invited to an interview with managers where I had to present a concept or idea on what I think the business is currently missing.

Various phone calls, interview questions, design task, presentation. CV and portfolio also submitted, cover letter and 400-500 words on what why Gymshark. Final design task, all over the phone and did not go into the office because of COVID
