I went to the end of the assessment center.
HR Skype interview was nice but they also ask challenge questions.
Assessment center was overall OK.
HR people are generally nice, they give you structural feedback.
However, one of the manager in the AC was acting not so professional, the person showed a lot of time impatient, annoyed and too emotional.
Some candidates do not like the concept of recruiting international people.
The assessment center took 2 days.
The schedule of the first day is presentation, tour to the factory and dinner with some colleagues.
Second day started with individual work, group work and personal interviews (only half of the people can go to this stage).
The company is at the beginning of hiring international talents and I have a feeling that they are not ready for non-German influenced people.
I also have a feeling that people there are trying to be more international like speaking English all the time but they are still on the way to achieve this goal.
