Asked about my experience and why I want to work for the team. Was a very brief interview. Didn't ask me how I achieved my results. Made up their mind from the get-go . They seem to employ a lot of international people as a carer but hardly any diversity in the head office. One of interviewees kept asking me if I was born in the UK. I do believe my race played a part in me not getting the job. This job has also been advertised for a very long time and they still haven't found anyone. The team are not actively dealing with crisis communications as there are multiple negative reviews from other publications. Wasn't offered feedback.
