Received a lot of information about the company and the position. Completely transparent in explaining the position and salary expectations. The talent specialist was very pleasant and easy to talk to.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HCMWorks (Montreal, QC) in Mar 2013
Interview
The interview was straight forward with no real difficult questions or surprises and focused mostly on past experiences and skills. The Company, what it does, the employees and the responsibilities were described in detail. However, the responsibilities presented and what was then actually demanded and required were not the same.

Question 1
Could you please share your most recent professional experience? What are your weaknesses? Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HCMWorks in Nov 2015
Interview
First contacted by a high level manager via LinkedIn, I had a first call from a recruiter. Then we fixed a day for an interview, and the recruiter (due to a last minute project) arrived 45 minutes late. The interview was quite normal, pretty easy questions. The interviewer told me, he will give me news 2/3 days to 1 week later, but I needed to send him an email to get a reply. They didn't keep my application and I still don't know why, and if I have to know, I have to call the interviewer...surprising! isn't it?
By the way, the description of the business and the company sounds interesting but I suggest to head office to get a specific interview process with a real recruiter and not an employee (whatever his/her position in the organization).
