Not only HCMWorks cares about their employees professional growth but their mentally and physically well being . HCMWorks is an amazing company to work for, they are constantly seeking to improve their performance always making part of the process their employees who they 100% trust . The work dynamic and rhythm is very outstanding.

-the president/owner runs this company like a high school clique -the "senior management" team at the time acted like a high school clique -the "product" was nothing more than shifty shady talk
