The initial set up required preliminary questions to be completed regarding how would time sensitive projects be handled, how would the job be done without direction or training, and create a spreadsheet showing how multiple projects are tracked and the status. The questions were submitted to the department Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager scheduled the interview and sent an application to be filled out. I didn't meet with a HR person through out the process. She would copy her Manager on all of the email communications. I met with the Assistant Manager and Manager. The Manager was friendly and provided a lot of information about the work environment.
