HDE Home Care interview questions

I met with Clark at the office. As I walked through, office staff was busy collaborating in a friendly manner. Clark was kind, positive, encouraging and relatable. He could make a nervous interviewer feel at ease just by his presence and caring nature. I could tell he enjoys what he does. I have worked as a DSP for three companies in the past. Two of which lacked quality management, supervision, compassion and maintained high turnover rates. Training was delayed, sporadic and not thorough. HDE takes care of their employees and clients with exceptional compassion, organization, communication and thorough client/dsp matching. I would recommend.
