I went directly to office First round was face to face round just a brief introduction about yourself to check your communication skills . After face to face they will ask you to write Essay and topic will be given on spot . after you clear it . they will have an HR round to one to one discusson to knwo more about you. and whether you are going to work in the company or not . then if you clear it . they will have an operation round . that is ( typing test + vercant +english grammer + reading compresshion and writing in your own words ) . after you clear it . they will have an last round . that is Client round . he wil ask you about the essay you have written and about yourself . what is customer service is ? . thats it . your confidence matters in the Client round :) All the best :)
