Applied through Kijiji via e-mail, addressed to apply on their online site. Received on-site interview within a few days. The process was a few hours, had literacy test, Canadian awareness test and interview. There is also a criminal record check that they do (if they wish to hire you) that is taken out of your first paycheck.
