      Instructional Designer Interview

      May 30, 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Orlando, FL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at HII (Orlando, FL) in Dec 2016

      Interview

It was comfortable and casual but the questions asked made it very clear that the team wanted someone who understand the job from an academic and experiential standpoint. It was clear that being able to "learn on the job" was not going to suffice.

      Question 1

Have you ever used any of the curriculum development models in your job?
