The process was very disorganized, however my initial call with the HR team was great. I was never sent the invite for the first interview until 5 minutes after it was to start. The second interview was set with a different leader, who made extremely gendered comments about my ability to work while raising my children. I was also not given any time to ask questions about the role or organization, once the leader was done asking me questions he ended the interview. There was no follow-up at all - 2 months later I received an automated email that I was not going to be considered. So many red flags were raised during this process.
