I applied online. I interviewed at HSBC (London, England) in Aug 2024
Interview
3 30-minute interviews. One technical, one behavioural, and one motivational. You don’t need finance knowledge, they asked about general economics a bit, like grands which are likely to impact the company.
3 hours (1 hour per interviewer, 3 interviewers with a 5-minute in between in total). Each interviewer asked one introductory question, one technical question, and one behavioural question. A lot on customer service skills and networking rather than demanding technical knowledge, as they were very brief regarding this aspect of the interview.
