Interview
A series of about 30 online multiple choice based questions, if successful a telephone interview will be scheduled. The telephone interview featured a selection of competancy based questions about how you handle customers etc
After successfully passing the telephone interview a face to face interview was arranged. Again very much competency based questions with a Branch Manager, felt very comfortable and at ease.
The interview was professional, well-structured and welcoming. The questions were clear and relevant, and the interviewer created a comfortable environment while giving helpful insight into the role. The process was formal but that is to be expected given the company
The interview consisted of going through the curriculum vitae. explaining why I am good for the role. and examples of instances i showed hsbc values. showed what my ambitions were.
