I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HSBC (Kuala Lumpur) in Feb 2017
Interview
The first stage of the interview was the phone interview which would be done by a International Global Resourcing HR Executive.
The second stage was personality test on based on specific situations.
The third stage was to complete the online English Assessment. The Assessment has three parts. First will be choosing the correct sentence. The second section will be a rational close. The last section of the Assessment was the listening test.
The fourth and fifth stages was interview with HR department and hiring manager respectively.
The interview process was quite seamless and efficient. It took place during the evening, and I found the interviewer to be amiable and approachable. They asked direct, pertinent questions, which made the conversation feel focused and purposeful. This approach was beneficial in getting a clear understanding of the role and expectations. Overall, the interview experience was positive and left me with a favorable impression of the company and its hiring process.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HSBC (Kuala Lumpur) in Aug 2021
Interview
3 stages of the interview.
I) HR interview via phone
2) Online Assessment
3) Interview
The interview overall was good. I had to go to two interviews because the department I was interviewed for required need someone immediately. Thankfully, they still wanted me and gave me a position in another region. Just be prepared with their values and what they stand for.
