Lots of rounds and a very long process. Interviews can be complicated with tricky questions. The whole process can take months. Online, then various assessments, 2 telephone rounds, A/C.

No particular section can be sidelined but the interviews are specific. They generally look for very specific answers and definitely prefer experienced candidates although they may not always say so in the adverts.
