It was a phone call interview and it was outsourced. After completing the aptitude, one received the opportunity for the phone call interview, which would have been followed by the personal interview
first, you will get a phone call interview and then you will have to do an assessment and then you go to the video interview. The video interview is recorded.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HSBC in Jan 2020
Interview
Apply -> wait for one month ->Screening -> Apt test (VI) ->wait for a few weeks-> Manager In -> wait for 1-2 weeks-> result.
if not being selected then will not receive notification
nothing special, easy to pass
