I was asked to book the phone interview two days after doing the online testing. The HR was very nice. The interview lasted for about 30 minutes. General questions on competencies demonstating team work, leadership etc. The two most difficult questions were 1.Tell me a time when you have improved a process. 2.How did HSBC do in the recent finanical crisis?
