I applied through a head hunter. He passed my resume to the HR Manager. A written credit test was arranged in its assessment centre, followed by an interview with two line managers. Basically one of the interviewer picked me to his team, the offer was halfly secured. Then the HR representative called me for a phone interview., followed by online background screening. Then I got the offer.

Fairly simple with just normal questions. Some maths questions. They then asked me to explain my back grown and a run through my CV. I got a chance to ask questions at the end.
The role involves a variety of dynamic situations that require significant public interaction and visibility. It also includes responsibilities such as video documentation, coordination with Human Resources, and detailed reporting processes.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HSBC in May 2025
Interview
HR manager conducted screening and indicated he planned to push me forward, but then never followed up. I reached out twice in the weeks following to no avail. Listing was then removed.
