Its very slow process.. takes more than months. I recommend them to improvise on the pace. Face to face interviews happened almost 20 days after the telephonic round. please try to improve the interview process overall. .
Recruitment agency will contact based on screening of resume and job description mostly ask behaviour questions. Second round with hiring manager and a senior technical person , this round consists of technical questions, mostly this is the final round

2-3 rounds of technical interview one round of aptitude test. First technical round was to judge my skill set and capabilities. The second and third round was purely technical many cross questions and scenario-based question related to application security.
