The job was posted on internal job portal, applied online, called for an interview with AVP HR, and an AVP HSS Ops. Followed by onshore (UK) senior manager / head for 2nd interview.
the overall interview is totally a happy one, no harsh time
the time that i have an interview with is a one to one personal interview with the line manager
Doesn't explain why they rejected, interviewer sounds dismissive. When asked for reason, they did not get back nor explain the reason for rejection. I think it is important to have common courtesy
Online interviews

Interviewer didn’t share much about the current team and reason of hiring.
