Most of the questions are expected, e.g. world in 2050 and HSBC value. At first it is questions of why HSBC, why the position, followed by some market news questions; after that it has some behavior questions, e.g. team work, innovation, challenges and etc. It lasts around 25 minutes.
3 rounds with different managers, mainly about the past projects, parcours, how to deal with big data, understanding about esg etc, and asked some statistical questions, the ways to estimate the parameters

Online application submission. Followed by online immersive assessment which is video delivered documentary assessment covering behaviours, values, and HSBC specific numerical reasoning and critical analyst items. This is followed by the Job Simulator which is also video based and immersive.
