It was a phone call interview with my manager at that time and it was more of a casual chat to get to know me better. It was rather short and simple, not stressful at all!
the video interview has 4-5 questions and are generally behavioural( one more technical was one piece of recent news that could have great impact on HSBC), except the last one giving you a scenario and ask your opinion on asset allocation for a potential client of HSBC.

3 stages including aptitude test, job sim and assessment centre. All the stages were well balanced. Aptitude was pretty generic, and in the job simulation, you got multiple tries for the HireVue-type questions, so it didn't pose any difficulty. The assessment centre included behavioural, technical and group rounds.
