I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at HSBC (Blackpool, England) in Apr 2009
Interview
Very long and drawn out, general customer service questions asked (give scenarios when... you worked as a team, you led a group, you helped someone out). Quite relaxed, which was unexpected. Basic maths and english test as part of application process. Awful long time taken to hear back from interview.
