The first is a CV, no need for a cover letter. The second stage of the interview process ( Online Immersive assessment). Mostly numerical and situational judgment tests. Time-consuming. The third stage is Job Simualtion, which I hadn't taken yet so I can't comment on it.

3 different tests and one interview meant that the application process took longer than planned. It was worthwhile in the end though, even though it was a bit tiresome.
