I applied through college or university. I interviewed at HSBC (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Applied online through a career website at my college. The entire process up until my acceptace letter took about 3 weeks. Started with an over-the-phone interview with an HR - all behavioral questions and asked about my resume. Next round was on site with 3 people from different groups. 2 asked purely behavioral questions and 1 asked technicals. Know your resume to the last detail and make sure to have an example for every behavioral question (some got tricky). Also have a general opinion about the economy and how it's doing.
The interviewers were friendly and I enjoyed my experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you think the economy is doing? Any specific factors?
Part A was a micro exercise with 4 video interview questions, each taking about 30 mins. Part B was 3 rounds of 1v1 interviews: technical, motivational, and behavioral. Part A has like 48 hours to complete. Email of the final round invitation came 1 week in advance.
Completed online assessment, video interview and job simulation test, then I was notified they ceased hiring process. Overall the tests and questions were not very difficult but the experience turned out to be a waste of time.

Question 1
Given a list of duties how would you plan your work
The interview process was a bit hectic but was worth it. All aspirants should definitely give it a shot. It was a strengths based recruitment process and very accomodative. as well.
