I applied online and have dealt with an external recruitment company. I was in the process of interviewing with another company so at first they managed to speed up the process for me. First I had to do a psychometric test. Second was a video interview which I had to record. Third was a virtual interview with the hiring manager. Fourth was an excel test. Then it all went silent. I had no feedback for almost 3 weeks after the last stage so I had to chase several times for any feedback after the last stage. Following my chasing I found out that allegedly they have hired someone internal or another candidate but it wasn’t for certain. Bitter experience, I would be mindful before applying for a job at this company as the interviewing is painful and long and you don’t get feedback in the end. The whole process lasted almost 3 months.
