Interviewed with market leader and branch manager. Was in meeting for over 1 hour. Discussed expectations of the position and my previous work experience. They also were looking for specific situational examples of how I would gain referrals, make goals and what I knew about HSBC.

Usually 2 rounds. First with the team head then another with Cluster manager (with an added investment specialist).
Investment specialist will drill candidate to see if they are knowledgeable enough when it comes to investment products.

Not professional, they have hard time get any employees due to the reputation, and pay structure. Manager doesn’t know how to manage people. They tried to hire two relationships managers for almost one year, but they can’t get anyone
