Four round interview. First with Human Resource via phobe, 2nd video recording by answer 3 preset question, then with Hiring managers and skip level interview.
All done via Virtual interview. Process take about 2-3 months.

Question 1
Tell me about youself. How you dealing with stress.
Fairly simple with just normal questions. Some maths questions. They then asked me to explain my back grown and a run through my CV. I got a chance to ask questions at the end.
The role involves a variety of dynamic situations that require significant public interaction and visibility. It also includes responsibilities such as video documentation, coordination with Human Resources, and detailed reporting processes.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HSBC in May 2025
Interview
HR manager conducted screening and indicated he planned to push me forward, but then never followed up. I reached out twice in the weeks following to no avail. Listing was then removed.
