Question 1
Can you walk us through one of the most challenging projects you’ve worked on? What was your role, and how did you approach overcoming obstacles?
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at HTEC (Canada)
Interview
HTEC doesn't seem interested in paying a living wage and handles salary discussions very poorly. After a 7 week interview process consisting of a phone screen, technical interview, culture fit interview, and reference checks I was offered $30k less than my stated salary expectation, a 20% paycut from my current position with the same title and similar responsibilities as the position I had been interviewing for. Unless you're absolutely desperate I would avoid applying/interviewing with this company, they will happily waste your time in interviews only to offer a salary package well below industry competitors.
