I applied online. I interviewed at HairClub (Seattle, WA) in Apr 2017
Interview
The interview process will take 4 weeks and they will tell you basically you have the job but you really don't. The first talk to a recruiter, then meet with Manager, then talk with two or three other calls n a conference call THEN come to the very dirty office and watch consultations, although there was not one that came in I had to watch hair stylist blow out hair for 6 HOURS.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HairClub (Memphis, TN) in Apr 2020
Interview
The process can be lengthy but that's also because mine was during Coronavirus pandemic. This company is nothing short of amazing and they make sure to take your time so that they get the right people in there and that's why they have such a low turnover rate. I've been nothing but impressed with this company from HR to my actual manager who was kind enough to let me come in and spend the day and learn to make sure I was a good fit. This is not a job this is a career and if you don't want to invest time into something that can be life-changing then maybe you should look elsewhere because this is for serious candidates only

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HairClub (Colorado Springs, CO) in Nov 2018
Interview
Was initially contacted via email by a HC recruiter. Once I expressed interest I did a phone screening with the recruiter, then phone interview with center manager, On Job Experience that was a few hours long and held in person at the hair center. Loved the OJE that includes: sales role plays, the opportunity to meet the center team, a center tour, interacting with other team members, q&a with center manager.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HairClub (Halifax, NS) in Sep 2018
Interview
Having worked in prior senior management roles myself, I am very familiar with the recruitment process, and was greatly impressed by the high level of professionalism, diligence and excellent communication throughout. The process was clearly outlined from the beginning, and my expectations regarding timelines, requirements and the position itself were very well managed. The opportunity to ask clarifying questions and seek additional information about the position and company was always available. Everyone that I have come in contact with has been informative, warm and helpful. I am truly looking forward to joining the Hair Club team, based largely on the excellent first impression that the recruitment and onboarding process created!
