Question 1
Into basic office. Basic questions around team working, managing difficult situations, communication skills. My interview was for the motor factor/ motor leisure department but the interview pointed me to the cycling part of the store who were also Hiring. Had a quick chat with cycling manager over experience and interests and hired on the spot.
Nice very nice couldn't expect better in my point of view. Took too long but it was OK. Great interview for beginners in the area. I didn't pass so was a bit disappointed.

Very easy interview, probably lasted about 20mins and people was lovely. Asked loads of questions too but just ask honestly and i was very nervous but it was fine as they called me back same day for the job.
