I submitted my application online and received an email for next steps within a few days. The next step was making a 5 minute video on why I want to work for hallow and why I would be a great addition to the team. After that there are about 4 video call interviews (I did not make it to that step)

Screening interview, presentation, CEO interview at times I felt disconnected and had to follow up with various people just to get an update. No feedback after rejection, as to be expected. I questioned the objectivity of the interviews.
