The hiring process started with an initial interview. It last 10 minutes and apparently was just to make sure we were on the same page. The second interview lasted 2 and a half hours. I was taken out for coffee and the interview was done conversation style. I was offered the job an hour after the second interview was completed and turned down the position. It seemed to be a very successful pyramid scam.

I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Halo Management Consulting (Troy, MI) in Jan 2014
Interview
The Interview and Hiring Process is fairly extensive but moves quickly from phase to phase. Initially, you will receive a brief phone call regarding your application and interests in the company. By the end of the conversation, you will or will not be asked to come in to the office for an interview.
This first interview will be short and sweet. The interviewer will simply go through your resume and ask basic questions. Before you know, it's over and you are dismissed. If you're invited to a second interview, brace yourself!
You'll be immersed into the life of an Account Executive as you go to lunch and disaccharide the advancement opportunities. Lastly, the interviewer will ask a few final questions about management and your thoughts about it.
At last, if you are fortunate enough to be invited to a third interview, a manager will meet with you briefly regarding your potential role at Halo Management Consulting and ask you some final questions on why you would like to work for them. Eventually, you are released and a final phone call will deliver the news of whether you made it aboard!
