Halo Management Consulting interview questions

The hiring process started with an initial interview. It last 10 minutes and apparently was just to make sure we were on the same page. The second interview lasted 2 and a half hours. I was taken out for coffee and the interview was done conversation style. I was offered the job an hour after the second interview was completed and turned down the position. It seemed to be a very successful pyramid scam.

there was a three step interview: 1st- you meet with the director of the company it ill be a brief interview about 15mins and he will ask you to go over your resume and ask why do you want to work here? where do you see yourself in 5 years? what are your three strengths? 2nd- you will go on a lunch interview with one or two of their executive team leaders. They pretty much asked basic interview questions such as: everything asked in the first interview. what motivates you? talked about your leadership styles and experiences as a leader. 3rd- you will meet back with the director and its more of a conversation rather than an interview
