For Engineering Manager, there are several stages 1. Screening by recruiter, they will check your personality, confirms your resume, make an assumption on your level and check whether your english is adequate. 2. Phone call interview, by a Director of Engineering, the goal is to determine whether you are on a manager track or individual contributor track 3. Technical Rounds (2 times), evaluated by an architect or another engineering manager or an SDE-3. The goal is to determine whether your technical skill is at SDE-3 level. 4. Hiring Manager Round, by a Director of Engineering, the purpose is to check your people management skill, your personality and whether you are culture fit to the company
