Talking to me about various aspects of the job. Asking me if I would like to work there. Asking me if I would leave soon. It was a fairly short interview and could have been conducted over the phone.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Happy Nails in Jul 2010
Interview
The interview was nit bas at all there were three individuals that asked me questions one being the owner of the company. The questions were very basic but ine that stood out was "Majority of our workers are vietnamese how would you handle the langusge barrier"? Being that I speak english that would have been the first thing they might have noticed but I answered the question to the best of my kkowledge and I left. They did call me to say that I was not chosen which was fine but I think for anyone who is going to apply should have knowledge of the vietnamese language.
