I applied for the position online and received a phone call requesting an interview. I interviewed at a scheduled date and was asked appropriate questions regarding my experience and training. The interview lasted less than an hour, and I was required to pass further online testing, which I did.

I applied online and received an email asking: In your own words, why are you interested in mental health and what do you think would be a necessary skill to have when working within the psych field? Apparently they liked my answer because I got an interview. =)
