Harper's Magazine interview questions

Initial email stating that application had been accepted and reviewed arrived within a week of applying. Follow up email to confirm that I had been selected for an interview and to schedule time arrived two or three weeks later. Interview lasted about half an hour and was conducted with two people from the art department. The atmosphere was relaxed and casual, though still professional.
