Interview
During the interview both managers were very thorough in explaining the details of the position, although the levels of politeness certainly varried. A bit of a red flag was when I was asked repetitively what I would do in the occasion where a manager forgot a deadline....

Most prominently, I remember being asked about my knowledge and relationship with the company and its products, which of courses made perfect sense.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HarperCollins UK (London, England) in Dec 2015
Interview
I had to complete the Editorial Assistant test. This involved reading a chapter of a book sent to me, writing a blurb, coming up with sample titles, explaining how I believed the book would perform and what Harlequin title it would work best under. I completed the task well and got through to the next stage which was a one-to-one interview, however, they read my available time to commence working wrong, and needed someone to start sooner than i was able to. It was such a shame it did not work out.
