The online application, at the time, required a "personality quiz" that consisted of scenario-based questions and agree/disagree questions. Don't overthink them. Answer with your first instinct. After I applied online, I was called within a week for an interview. I was interviewed by the school directly and did not have to start with HR at district, which was nice. I was asked scenario based questions and had to teach a mini-lesson to someone from the administration and two team teachers. I was offered the position by the end of the week.
