Applied through Uni jobs site, first round Hr call, asked backround info, motivation for job. Then they send your cv to different desks to see where you might fit best.
applied online. had one round with the manager and HR, very friendly and patient. they mainly asked about past working experiences and behavioral questions such as how would you deal with conflicts. got back to me quite fast.
