Flew to Boston to interview for 3 days. The flight and accommodations were paid for. I was coming from California. They were extremely accommodating and amazing. They also paid for meals. I had to talk to 10+ people and interview with each of them.

I was contacted by my future supervisor and had a phone screen first, there were just some questions to go through my resume. Then I had an on-site interview, they introduced their work and showed me some results, then there were some more technical questions, personality questions, and discussion about the position.

Basic questions about the positions followed by some questions on laboratory experience. Basically wanted to check my thought process by asking me to describe an experiment I did and some questions about the procedure. Short and simple
