I was approached by a recruiter, and had a 30 minute screening interview over the phone. That was followed by two 45 minutes technical phone interviews with Havok engineers, and a one hour programming test over the internet, all on different days. After that, I was invited to an onsite interview. The onsite interview consisted of a 4 hour programming test on 3d graphics, delivery of a presentation, and a one hour interview with the site leads.
