Hawaiian Host interview questions

phone interview, followed by face to face. the person who was supposed to interview me didnt show up although I was told he/she's in the building. I was told in order to be considered for hire that person will need to interview me but was not available, although they're in the building. I was told to come back for second interview which never happened. I wonder why they didnt reschedule or cancel if someone couldn't make it. week and half later receive rejection message.
