All the people are so nice. They are interested in getting students who will be reliable and who are willing to stay more than just a semester. It's very difficult to get a job at UW-Madison libraries as a student because it's such a desired position. Many people want to get paid while also being able to work on their studies. This naturally makes getting an interview challenging, unless you know someone who currently works there. Overall, pretty basic interview questions and they really just want to get to know you!
