Interviewed on site in St. Louis, MO. Began with having to fill out an application with detailed prior employer information upon my arrival (though I had applied on my college's website and was not told this in advance.) Interview was fine and not difficult. Found interviewer to be a bit awkward. Brought in a second interviewer during interview for part of time. Process somewhat disorganized. Didn't love the culture or role so I didn't continue to pursue them after this interview, despite being told I can follow up if still interested.
